To determine if there are regular insulation panels in your room's storage room, you can visually inspect the storage room to see if there are any insulation panels present. Regular insulation panels are typically made of materials such as fiberglass, foam board, or mineral wool, and are used to provide thermal insulation. If you do not see any insulation panels in the storage room, it is possible that there are none present. However, if you are unsure, you may want to consult with the building's maintenance or facilities management team for further information. **
